Public health insurance
You have a permanent residence in Slovak Republic and you are not a participant in public health insurance in another country due to employment, business or long-term residence.
You do not have a permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic and at the same time: - you are foreigners employed in Slovakia who have an income of at least the minimum wage, or you are foreigners who are self-employed in the territory of the Slovak Republic, - you are a child whose at least one parent has public health insurance in Slovakia, - you are a foreign student studying at a school in the Slovak Republic on the basis of an international agreement, - you are pupil or student who are Slovaks living abroad studying at a school in the Slovak Republic, - you are professional athletes who perform sports for a fee for a sports organisation, - is your child who was born in an EU country.
